Ingredients:
25g (1.8 tbsp.) Melted unsalted butter
1 (large) Egg
30g (2.5 tbsp.) Sugar
5g (1 tbsp.) Instant coffee
175ml Milk
300g (2.3 cups) Bread flour
10g (1 tbsp.) Cocoa powder
3g (0.6 tsp.) Instant yeast
3g (0.5 tsp.) Salt
Preheat the oven to 180 ℃ (356 ℉) and bake for 25 minutes
