This blessed me so much. I buried my son at age of 13yrs. Old so to hear you confess brings tears to my eyes. My son too loved the Lord and the day he took his last breath he served God. Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted. The mourning Jesus speaks of is mourning over our sins and disobedience to God's commandments. If we love Jesus we will keep His commandments. John 14:15. There's so much nonsense today amongst the health and wealth positive mental attitude preachers that simply is not according to Biblical truth.

Jakes is not the same preacher like he was in the past. His preaching has gotten so far away from the wors of GOD i don't recognize him as a preacher no longer just a motivational speaker ¬hing more. To go &tell people to focus on yourself & not on others is selfish. There are people hurting in this word &love is lacking in this world...i say people need to stop focusing on themselves so much &start helping those who are hurting &show them there is still love in this world.

. I raised my three kids, I earned a GED and a trade. However God blessed them all 3 and they are grown now and have their careers in communication engineering, sport doctor ( kinesiologist) and a college professor philosophy. Now I MUST turn and focus on my graduation to teacher. This motivation speech was a giant boost for me.
