I pray everything is there! 🙏🏻Please file against them to get reimbursed for all the damages or losses. Take pictures or videos.
Even the gun safe damage you should get some reimbursement for the damage. You paid more money then quoted and you and your family should not have more expenses because they ruined your items.
Thankful your items are there though.
You definitely need to get a lawyer involved in this. They should not be able to get away with all the damage they did to your items. Good luck.
Movers need to be held accountable, and reported, so this doesn't happen to anyone else, keep staying positive.

My dad owned a moving company years ago and one thing that I learned is packing things properly. Always double wrap and cushion everything! That box with the glass it didn’t look like the item you had were very cushioned for a long haul…

I understand that.. but how a lot of the stand-alone items were damaged like the dryer, it really wasn’t them hauling everything on the truck and organizing it in a friendly way. 😅 I think both parties would be responsible.
You have an induction stove top. It requires compatible cookware. There is a seperate but attached bottom layer made to work with that stove top on cookware designed for induction cooking.
If you have renters insurance or homeowners insurance policy, you can claim all your damaged items and they can also go after the mover that damaged items
If a magnet sticks to the bottom of your pots and pans, they are fine for induction cookers.

You must have an induction cooktop - you have to have a magnetic surface for it to sense the pans. We have one. We love it, but there is a learning curve cooking on one. SO EASY TO CLEAN!
Hi Ashley, it’s an induction stove it will only work with induction compatible cookware! The air frier is so nice. That sucks that some things came quite banged up, but I’m glad everything turned up already!

I have a simpler cooker and the pots and pans have to be suitable for an induction cooker so not all pans will.work
Dealing with the clean up of broken glass is such a pain! We use garden gloves at my house to get the biggest pieces. Use the sticky paper lint remover rollers to get bits od glass from the nooks abd crannies it inevitably ends up. You don't have to think about carpet in this case but the trick I just described works well on carpet and fabric!

Hi Ashley! I’m happy you finally have everything and sad you are going through the same thing our daughter did. They had to buy just about everything new. Everything was broken.
If it’s an induction cooktop, you will need cookware for it. I think it’s almost like magnetic, don’t quote me but I do know you need a certain type of cookware for it.
I’m glad Awston and Adrienne had a great first day! Imagine that, blocking your phone number and the school picks up. WTH? That’s all kinds of wrong , but happy Aubrey will finally be able to go to school! I love the Rae Dunn air fryer! That’s just too cool!

I’m getting ready to move in about a month. While we don’t have to deal with movers, I’m still not looking forward to all the upheaval of stuff everywhere from the packing and unpacking. I’m so glad that you were able to get your stuff even though a lot of it was broken.

You be careful with all that broken glass. Sometimes a little piece can in your toe or finger nails & you don't realize it until it's infected! So be very careful! When you said that stove was amazing i was thinking the same thing that is happening now.. technology is weird sometimes

Ashley, your stove is induction! It uses electromagnetic energy to heat your pans! So, they have to be magnetic! If they are aluminum, they won’t conduct with your stove! I’m kinda jealous, I want an induction stove! 🤭
The stove is an induction stove, which means the pans need to be 100% stainless steel. I have a similar stove, you need to find pots and pans that are induction capable

Oh to be young and have energy!! This old gal lol is feeding off your vibes. Several things I’ve put off around the house because of the disk and nerve pain last year that had me doing only basics.
Todays tackle is shampoo the section of den where the Christmas tree was and getting the Chase moved back.
I would seek legal actions to replace everything and the things you left behind...

Your washer lasted longer than my washer for one thing. Mine only lasted 5 years. The agitator cracked. Dryer lasted about 27 years. Heating element no longer works and the timer is getting bad. Sorry the movers were mostly careless about your stuff. I certainly don't trust movers. Prayers thing will get better for you Ms. Ashley.
Best advice I can give u is where u r renting just use what u can to get buy until u buy ur forever home make moving a lot easier

If I was you I'd buy the white panl for dryer take tape out letters and button's and go to a auto parts place and get a can of candy apple red and spray paint it

Ashley I don't know if you saw my comment on a previous video but a fellow youtuber called Michel Janse did a move from Austin to oceanside and she had similar problems to you with the movers (I'm wondering if they are the same company)...a lot of her things got broken too. I know she was considering legal action so maybe she can help you in some way. (She is on a little break for a couple of weeks though as she just got married)

Inexcusable how the movers treated your stuff. Call the manufacturer of your washer and dryer. Document everything!
Are you taking inventory of the damaged items to files claims with these unorofessional companies? You previously mentioned that you would hold them accountable. I know youre so over it but I hope you guys don't give in. Thats how these people get away with their crimes. Make them compensate you for the cost of the items they broke, are no longer able yo use as normal. Your time and stress count for loss and deserve compensation too.

Movers carry insurance to take care of broken stuff. Did you not get insurance? I have moved three different states three times with movers. So I know a thing about moving companies

We are waiting to see if we are going to seek legal action so we don’t want to release the names of all the companies. But do not recommend going thru moving solutions!! They’re the ones who contracted out our move to 3 different companies. 😤

You need to file a claim with the moving company so they can pay you for the damages of your stuff. That happened to my sister -in- law and they gave her some money for the damages.
Oh that’s good she got some money. That’s what we are doing now. We have 30 days to take pictures and make claims. So I’m making a list of everything and taking pictures. Hopefully they won’t give us any issues when we file all these claims

Instead of continuing to focus on what they did to your things 😢 call a lawyer and sue for damages and your money they took you need to start documenting your items and taking pictures as you unpacked of the broken things
