Is your school-day 8 hours long? Typically, I only have to change mine halfway through, then another time if I’m staying after school or right when I get home. You might need a size up in pad if you’re constantly leaking. 💛

Ok so I have been prepared for 2 years with tampons in my purse and I'm a swimmer so I'm walking to practice with my best friend and before I left my house I was a little late and didn't grab my purse. So I was changing into my suit and that's when I noticed it. There was blood in my underwear and I was alone in a cold locker room and my mom wasn't there so I changed into my clothes again and called my mom using the pool office phone infront of everybody (I didn't have a cell phone). I told her what happened in the car and we drove to Walmart and a freaking bled through my pants in the middle of Walmart.

My period leaked during school in 5th grade. My best friend told me “Did you sit on a red marker or something?”. Then this boy was like “What?”. My best friend immediately stood in front of me while I tied my sweater around my waist. My other 2 best friends whispered to me “Did you get your period?” I nodded embarrassed, but one of them gave me her sweater to put on my chair in case my period leaked through my sweater. I learned my lesson and wore dark pants when on my period. Except for now in middle school where I have to wear light colored pants. I’m in a new school and only two of my best friends have their periods. I love them both because their very nice and honest about whether I leaked or not. I’m honest back with them when they ask me if they leaked.

my period horror story: yesterday you uploaded this video i got my period few hours after. I was in aqua park. I had fun for like 2 hours, and i could't swim for like 4 hours. At least I had a pad that i always carry for emergencies like this one. Sometimes my pad can be clearly seen coming out of my swimsuit, so that is the reason why I needed to go to the bathroom every hour. Anyway thanks random person scrolling through the comments and find my story

One time, I was walking to the bathroom to change my pad and i believe it was the first stall, I opened the door and in the toilet was a pool of blood, it scarred me for life and I didn’t want to go back in there so I just bled lol
A period story that happen to my teacher: So there is this teacher that everyone hates. And I have her once every two weeks. And she was teaching and when she stood up a guy from my class saw she had a circular red stain, it got around the classroom in five seconds without the teacher realising. Eventually after everyone started laughing, the boy who saw the blood stain first asked the teacher if he could go see his mentor, (the mentors in my school can cover are lessons if they need to) So he went to get a mentor and the mentor told are teacher and she completely went into embarrassment mode. Me and my friend went to put “something in the bin” and we looked down at her coat as her coat was on her seat, so she leaked onto her coat, and there was blood all on her fluffy bit of the coat.
She left the school the following year.
But the memory didn’t leave the school.
I do feel bad for her a bit, even though I disliked her, it is really embarrassing

So a few days ago (my period ended today thank the lord) when I swear I had my heaviest flow ever, I was walking around during lunch because I was doing. I had a bad feeling before I got up and told myself to wrap my sweater around my waste. Idk if this is just mine but i knew what it was so I wasn’t as surprised but it was a lot more brown than I expected so I asked my mom just so I knew I didn’t crap myself lmao thank goodness I was prepared it’s not as bad except one thing the day before I started my very first period I had HORRIBLE cramps like they were bad so bad I had to hold my breath and couldn’t move and I was literally banging the desk (in my house) and I felt like I was being stabbed the only this is that I wasn’t prepared for the cramps so make sure you know what your using if that’s a hot water bottle/heat pad/pain meds and have it on hand for anytime 😊 hope this helped
