Do you guys detox or diet when back in london after a hols because if i ate that much on holiday id come back a stone heavier and plus alcohol has alot of calories. Or you guys are just blessed with fast metabolism
Yes we do have to diet and workout , usually when we are eating a lot we have to workout every day to keep in shape 🙈 if we continue eating and drinking like that we will definitely gain weight 🤦🏻♀️ our metabolism is fast but it’s slowing down as we age! After Crete and Madeira we both gained 2-3 kg 😭😭🙈 ❤️
