First of all its not staged and second of all im pretty sure the coconut and lemon was in the sauce and the white chocolate is the trees lol
@@tarquaviousjameeljonesiii433 Chopped had the baskets with the main items, and they were allowed to "shop" at the pantry. Not everyone keeps white chocolate or lemons in their pantry. For that matter "chocolate cake" as an ingredient was so vague, she could have gone to the bakery section, picked out a premade cake, and been "truer" to the premise of 4 ingredients, since to bake the cake from scratch she needed to add oil and eggs.
Me choosing 4 random ingrediemts at the store:
- Anchovies
- Nutella
- Cream cheese
- Apple

These were yum but I would prefer if the raspberry sauce was on the chocolate cake bc it would give more flavour

I would've made my chocolate batter, make my pretzels into crumbs and mixed it with the batter. When it's done, I would've put the raspberries on the cake and lightly sugar
I think I would have made the chocolate cake, sprinkle powdered sugar on the raspberries, place the raspberries on the cake, and finally I would have placed the pretzels in between the raspberries.
I would have made a chocolate cake with a raspberry simple syrup which is what she made btw and filled with pretzels and sea salt caramel buttercream since we get to use extra ingredients

if i had the same ingredients i would have mixed the raspberries with the cake mix and made a raspberry chocolate cake and did the same thing with the pretzels and powdered sugar

I would have made a pretzel crust, chocolate cake and raspberry gunoush filling.
I would have baked the cake and while that was cooking taken the berries made a sauce with that and the sugar but leave a couple out Then I would’ve put the sauce on the cake and cut the extra berries and crushed the pretzels in a back and sprinkled those on top for a savory taste

Would have crushed up the pretzels and put it in the raspberries and put that as a substitute frosting gon the cake
I think the Oreos and milk is a good combination because if you put it in the microwave and put some milk & it will turn into cake you have to do it because I'm one of your friends and I subscribe to you if you don't know my name my name is Sarah you have to do what I say because I'm one of your friends and your new fans because I become your new fan
I would've crushed the pretzels and chop up the raspberries and put them in the cake with a raspberry icing of some sort but that's just me

Tbh I would of got the soft ones and then sprinkled on my cake with raspberries
I would make the cake and toss the pretzels with butter brown sugar and cinnamon and put that over the cake

That's cuz they said they have to incorporate those ingredients into the recipe...Didn't say anything about adding more ingredients.

You might as well of pulled a card that said "Cake Mix"
It said chocolate cake and she made a chocolate cake. If it said cake mix she wouldn’t have been able to turn it into a cake
It's basically the same thing. It's chocolate cake. She still made the cake even though it wasn't from scratch

I would have crumbled up some pretzel sticks into fine crumbs, than make the cake batter, pour it in then add the crumble on top then add the raspberry’s , sugar on top (I would have chosen powdered sugar) and some raspberry sauce dripped on top. Thank you for your time

Fun fact: she failed because she used lemon juice, fruit pebbles, powdered sugar and chocolate and she never picked that. I think the eggs and stuff for the cake mix doesn’t count because she kinda had to use those.
She's allowed to use other ingredients otherwise it would be impossible and disgusting. Tell me a recipe with 4 ingredients pls bc what else would u do if u were her? Loads of other people commented what they would do so pls do an edit and change it a bit. Put yourself in her position. No hate I'm just saying.
