Excellent video, I have a question. Do you use VBA code to update these tables simultaneously for the join table? Or do you update them one at a time using VBA or other means?

If you already have the employee id and project id in both tables, you would just join the two tables on those two fields. I wonder how many people are going to understand that the employee id table has to be reduced to a unique list of employees and the project table needs to be reduced to a unique list of project ids to see why this intermediate table is needed.
