Thanks, Two issues i see in reality :
1. After spending 1.3 Cr, how one will park car hassle free. The cars will be parked behind each other, it is a big mess on daily basis. Same as normal builder floor. They talk about Hafeez contractor but how one can miss this. Seems at par with Affordable in terms of parking issses.
2. There is no dedicated Wardrobe space, this will eat up 3 ft of each of the room. Again a big miss by the designer.
Good for thsoe who can live witb these issues.
Every builder can just copy design of M3M/SW by leaving a 5 mtr road at back and easy parking of car on daily basis. This is a point that will surely decide tbe buy or not.
Signature global 93 3bhks don’t have any parking issue as it is side by side with extra space for driveway.
Its a good project overall looking at location, facilities n construction
How will sector 93 project be different than 37d . Is it going to be any better in terms of parking issues and wall issues ?
How is Signature 79B with 2 side open builder floor.
Is there washroom in the basement area?

Can we build Porta room cabin in terrace with having roof rights!

What is your review about SG city 63a? Is it going to ultra luxury as claimed by builder. Has builder improved on all the shortcomings in 63A regarding parking etc?

In Top floor Balcony is not fully covering I think builder has to think about this.

It was promised that on terrace, there will be separate entry for Maintenence team. But it's not visible there on terrace entry.
Parking seems to be a big problem in this project.
Lift and stair size is very small.. It will be very difficult to take stuff on upper floors
Parking issue is definitely there. Room is also small
I am getting calls daily for visit but thanks to this video after seeing this video it’s a big NO to these flats. It’s nothing offering different, just getting a false hype 😅😂

In terms of overall facade.
Yes... 37D2 is much better product in mostly all terms better location, better land parcel, better layouts and better specifications/ facade. Plus upcoming metro station sector 37 will be very near to this project.

In their city 93 project, 3 bhk have side by side parking so no parking issues.

Its a big scam whatever thing they mentioned in brochure is completely a lie . Its 3 bhk but all room sizes seems to be a study room size
new normal, as prices of property in Gurgaon increased builders came up with new plans, small size but restricted price to below 1CR. and apartment with beyond 1500 to 2000 SF are now beyond 2CR.

This is just like an affordable house of signature with bigger space with price tag of a premium apartment.. sample flat is already getting cracks in the walls ..
India is going Hongkong way, people will succumb soon and breathe difficult in such micro houses and this in not Mumbai mind it
