I'm an old prog rock guy but Billie interests me more than most people these days, there's something genuine about it that isn't present in a lot more easy to listen to super productions.
I like a lot of songs from the past 20 years but just a few actual artists but she's really impressed me all along. Saw an early interview with her and her brother and more than anything else, they reminded me of The Carpenters. She's taking all this seriously. Can't wait to hear where she goes with her talents.
Love Billie Eilish. Especially how she reverses the tropes of a good girl trying to “save” a bad guy. Here she scoffs at the bad guy and says, “You ain’t seen nothin’”. “Duh!”
Yes, more Billie please! There's much to explore, from live performances as well as some truly beautiful acoustic sets and covers! Dive in! Love her and her brother, Finneas. They are truly unique and if you dive deeper, you will see how truly amazing she can be with her vocals and the emotion she just pulls out of you, plus just listen to all the layers and harmonies of her voice ❤️
the bridge contains the sound of the beeps , which are used from the Australian pedestrian crossings. This sounds are used to help visually impaired to cross the road at the traffic lights.
I didn't want to buy into the hype, but while she may not be the greatest singer vocally she is interesting to listen to, and I appreciate how she and her brother have turned the music industry on its ear with their unconventional lyrics/songs, videos, talent, and her public persona. I've been hoping you would check some more of her stuff out as she is very different and worth some reactions. I hope you're having a lovely weekend! ~Be Blessed
The clapping sounds like snapping to me. I had a friend who is a sound editor/foley artist for films, and he was working on something and asked for 750 feet of rain (I don't remember the exact terminology) but they sent him 750 feet of books falling, lol. He was like... what am I going to do with that many books falling??? Anyway, you can get as much knuckles or joints cracking for as long as you want, if you want it.
I loooove her, you need to see more videos from her. She has a message. And I get greatly moved by all of them. I would love you to start at the beginning, her first video and go forth. You will love.
I really reccomend to rect to billie eilish no time to die live performance at the brit awards.. Can u do a review to billie eilish "the world's a little blurry" documentary film... It shows what was really happening in her life... Billie is so strong
Should try Polly Jean (PJ) Harvey. Sheela Na Gig, 50 Ft Queenie, To Bring You My Love, Down By the Water, Dress, Joe, A Perfect Day Elise, Catherine, The Dancer, Angeline, This Wicked Tongue, Ecstasy, Hardly Wait, Me Jane, Claudine, the inflatable One.
Nice reaction. If you check out the making of Bad Guy video, you'll learn what the song is really about and how they made it--very interesting and creative.
So - because it’s something you’re unfamiliar with, you have to dismiss it as not being ‘singing’, or feel the need to put it down?! Maybe you should try being more open to new sounds and new experiences instead of dismissing something because you feel too old for it. Just a thought.
THIS YOUNG LADY IS COMPLETELY OVERBLOWN...WTF HAS HAPPENED TO THE MUSIC INDUSTRY ??? YEA I'M OLDER BUT I KNOW WHAT TALENT IS...IF THE YOUTH OF TODAY CONSIDER THIS IMPRESSIVE, TAKE A MUSIC APPRECIATION COURSE. SO MANY MANY MORE ARTISTS OF HER AGE WILL NEVER GET THE CHANCE TO SHARE THEIR GIFTS CAUSE COOPERATE AMERICA IS A CAVERNOUS ABYSS OF GREED. I'll STICK TO MY ARTISTS THAT PROVED THEMSELVES IN THE 70s AND 80s.
Billie has some kind of unique style. i am not really sure if i would buy a cd or something, but i have to admit and it is not a bad kind of style. Maybe i should listen to some more songs from Billie.
Although Billie likes to leave her songs up to interpretation I believe it is about people (males) always having to put on display how bad/tough they are but real bad people don't have to display their badness. It's worth noting all the "bad" boys are riding tricycles and she is riding in a car and several times she is showing her dominance but letting them play the role of being tough. Billie is definitely a visual artist and I feel her songs don't have the same impact without watching her videos. Her and her brother, who produces her songs, love to introduce various sounds in the music (Pedestrian walkway beeps in this one and a dentist drill in "When we all Fall Asleep"). Together they are a dynamic team.

My daughter loves Billy Eilish. She has introduced me to her music. I like her 🎶
Billy used the clicker sound from a pedestrian crossing in Sydney to sample in the chorus of this song.

Love Billie Ellish. This song is so good. My granddaughters love her too.

You should react to her song, You should see me in a crown". Awesome song and creepy video.
Try "You should see me in a crown"
Just a fun fact. her brother said he had to record her "Duh" about 17 times before she felt she got it right.
Hahahaha...you’re funny. She’s trippy, eh. She bugs me, but her music is...I love her music.
