  • The Critical Incident Method is a simple performance evaluation method that captures the best and worst events in terms of an employee's work performance.

    As an example, let’s leave a critical incident feedback for our Principal consultant John Martin. Click on the Continuous feedback tab available under My tools to see a full list of persons you can evaluate.
    Select John’s name, choose one or more result areas to be included in the critical incident appraisal and click Continue to proceed.
    Click on start evaluation, select answers as appropriate, leave notes wherever applicable and click on the finish evaluation button to complete the evaluation. The evaluator can sign the evaluation and send it to someone for signature.
    This simple method enables evaluators to leave good or bad feedback at will. You can immediately come back to the Continuous feedback page, and select another person to review now.
