Al was wrong stating that it was Jaco's first time in the studio (1975). Paul Bley's album "Jaco" was recorded on June 16, 1974 and it featured Jaco himself and Pat Metheny.
By the way, I just attended Al's concert in Montreal and it was so great! Took me back to 1981, the first time I saw him live.
