Norfolk as in Norfolk, Virginia?! If so, that place, Roanoke, and Lynchburg are the most deadlit places you’re probably better off not going to tours at. Richmond, Charlottesville, Blacksburg, and maybe Harrisonburg are FAR better places to come out to.
