I love how accepting IU is of it 😂 all the other K-pop concerts I’ve been to when we do that they’re very puzzled and concerned 😅. IU is so cute! “woo woo woo” I also call it the barking noise it’s something I grew up doing in Oakland though 😂 my younger siblings who did not grow up in Oakland doesn’t know it but that’s just a cheering noise. It’s how we used to cheer for sports games when I was little but it pumps people up 😜 the Bay Area is very large so culture is a bit different from every city.

Lol i was at the IVE concert here and they said among the idols Oakland is famous for this chant. Not sure if the Bay started it but for sure we love doing it
