  • Completed making the cutest little Mackintosh Rose transom window this week. I always have a soft spot for these little 'Glasgow Roses'. Some of the first windows made were in the style of Charles Rennie Mackintosh and I must have made quite a few hundred over the years 🫶
    Cheers for watching 🫶

Looks beautiful. I like the fact you stated you didn't need to cement the piece but no short cuts in your work. That goes a long way for customer care. Well done

Thank you Louise, I always think about what happens if someone wants to repurpose the window the future. The window would really be fit for any other position 🫶

Well done my friend, very wonderful job. After completing the painting, what are the first and second materials that you put on the painting and from there you say about her vagina by the degree and what is the benefit of them?

I get the feeling that English isn't your first language as its difficult to understand the question. Try commenting in another language and we'll see how the UA-cam comment translation thing works 👍

Love your work. Do you only solder one side? What type of needle nose pliers do you use? And lastly do you ever have to use a glass grinder?

Thank you, I always solder both sides. The grozing pliers are Silberschnitt tungsten tipped grozing pliers but they stopped making them many years ago 😭

Can you please put out a video on the design process that also includes the creation of the templates. Thank you. Great work.

It's always such a long drawn out process with the client, it would be very difficult to record and be interesting to watch but I'll try at some point in the future 🍻

Your works are always great. Can I know the identity of the special black liquid and lead you use? I live in Korea and am very interested in glass art..and I love foo fighters 😎

Thank you 🙂 the lead light cement is my own recipe but it's very similar to the standard recipes you can find with a Google search for 'leaded light window cement recipe' 👍

Simple designs in stained glass windows can be just as beautiful as more complex designs. This one certainly is simple yet very beautiful.

This may be my favorite that you've done recently! I love the way the antique hammered glass pops against the muffle glass.

It's always nice featuring a little heavier textured glass in the simpler designs. Gives a lovely bit of contrast 💜💙💛🧡

You work far differently than I was taught, but oh man, do I see the benefits. You get a far superior result in your work. It is impressive.

I love this! I'm just starting out, do you mind if I copy it. It's a lovely design and you are an amazing craftsman. BTW, what's that cutter you're using. I like that you can get a flatter angle on it when scoring. So much more control and less stress on the fingers.

Tbf I copied it myself from another window in my clients home so that's cool with me 🤜💥🤛 the glass cutter is a sibersmitt model but they stopped making them many years ago 😭
