Us true fans love her no matter what, we don't 'unfollow' or suddenly STOP being a fan when she messes up. I've seen ALOT of other clips of her where the commenters didn't have anything nice to say...they were basically bashing her, declaring they were no longer a fan b/c of the O.D. incident in July. Which was WRONG. Demi is only human, she's ALLOWED to make mistakes...Lord knows we ALL screw up here & there. So thank you to EVERYONE who commented under this post for not placing judgement or condemning her. If anything, Demi should be APPLAUDED...for her honesty. Half of Hollywood/celebs in the music or acting industry have made the same mistakes...REPEATEDLY, too. But they get their reps or publicists to come up with a cover-up story. (Usually "hospitalized due to extreme exhaustion", "dehydration", "reaction to antibiotics", "needed a break from their busy schedule"...etc. When they really either ended up in the hospital due to the very same issues that come with addiction. Or they are secretly in a rehab. Demi is open, real, and honest about her struggle, she doesn't hide the truth, even when she knows the truth may impact her career or draw negative press. She risks it all just to share her struggle with us fans, in turn helping us all feel some kind of comfort that we are not alone in certain situations we may get ourselves into in life. Demi is 💯% relatable. I love her sooooo much! 💝
I adore Demi and her honesty, I think she’s so genuine, I love how she doesn’t hide her issues due to the fear of having a negative impact of her career like other Hollywood stars do, sometimes it isn’t the easiest thing to be honest especially when you’re famous and the world judges your every single move, Demi is brave, she isn’t a poser, she’s her sincere beautiful self❤
Demi Lovato has helped me with my drugs addiction and with my depression I been sober for a year and it's the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with there so many times I want to give up but Ik I'm better than that. I've slipped up so many times in my past but now I'm kicking the demons ass
