These cookies were so good. I will definitely make these again. Though I will probably double the recipe. I got about 15 cookies out of this, but they were pretty decently sized. These were good both hot out of oven and chilled.

I've tried this recipe and it is amazing! i loved it. i topped mine with homemade caramel and it tastes delicious! it doesnt have quite a strong cheesecake flavour though but its delicious! You can also make this with oreos by crunching up some oreos and putting it into the dough.
+Sarah Jxn yes definitely if you want more of a cheesecake taste to it. Btw. If you want them to be softer in texture dont bake them for too long or not they'll become like biscuits..

i love how the cream cheese is just sitting there all happy and then it gets blended and suddently isnt so happy

i would recommend adding cream cheese frosting on the cookies to add more of a cheesecake taste to it.
