मेंडम एक गमले में लगाने से कुछ नहीं होगा अलग-अलग लगाना चाहिए जिससे एक पोट खराब हो तो दूसरी बचा रहे जब भी कोई पौधा खराब होता है तो उसकी पूरी मिट्टी ही ख़राब हो जाती है।

Please take cutting from places that have no buds... The kalanchoe cuttings have a hard time rooting and surviving as the temperatures rise.

Use a fertilizer... Like NPK or seaweed extract... N it will flower around winter...
