I attended the school in the 60's when it was Dunton High school and I graduated in 1967. Thank you for the walk through as it brought back many memories of my time there.
Viviane, I remember the 3rd floor especially because it was my graduating year. Your Dunton is sooooo specialized. We thought we were lucky to have electric typewriters! We had great concerts and plays in the auditorium. Jesus Christ Super Star was a memorable one. Music by record player! Enjoy my school! Bon chance.
This was my high school from 1972-1976. Shortly after it was turned into a french school. Like most everything else in Quebec that was originally english, it's stolen away. Just like my elementary school, Maisonneuve school is now Ecole Maisonneuve. The parti quebecoise made life so miserable for the anglos that the majority left the province. This made it easy to take over their institutions. I now live in Ottawa where everything is bilingual, but forget getting into the government if you don't speak french! All the road signs are bilingual...that is, until you cross the river. In Gatineau everything is French only. Don't even think of having an english sign on your business, the office de la langue francaise will shut you down. Reminds us of what it was like back in Hitler's day. I'm glad these nice girls are enjoying my high school, just wish my daughter could have had the same pleasure.
Hi girls...thanks for making this video. I went to Dunton in the late 1960’s and it brought back a lot of memories. The school hasn’t changed much over the years but it looks like it would be more interesting to attend these days. Where is the drama class being taught? I don’t recall seeing a room with so much light and open feeling? Anyways, Great video. Great school spirit! Thanks again. Fellow Duntonions.😎😎😎
Can to you help me? My name is Taylor, I moved to Montreal from London I don't speak Any french ( well maybe as good as a 3yo) I start in two weeks at dunton, I'm afraid I'll fail and get picked on though I'm very athletic and a parkour champion 4 years straight. Idc if I'm popular but I'm worried about me education. Can you talk to me and help me please?
Wow good performance! I’m actually going to that school next year! I’m excited! Thanks for the tour 😊

Drama class is being taught in the first class on the left in that narrow hallway on the 3rd floor!
Memories and pictures of home.
