Honestly, ofc, there are loads of great anime made so far (death note, evangelion, baccano, cowboy bebop etc.), and loads of great anime being made at the moment (attack on titan (epic, complex plot and characters), one-punch man (humour), Vinland saga, jada jada..) But yes, this is unique, surprising, interesting and amazing in its own way. The music is also exceptionally good in this one (although, it depends on taste of course).
