Happy Mutation Day!10 years ago on this very day, I watched the very first episode of the 2012 reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This show blew my childhood mind the day I saw it. But it wasn't until I saw Leonardo that I knew that he would become my favorite character. As I continued watching the show, I saw Leo fight alongside his brothers and take on bigger and badder threats. I saw Raphael harness his anger to defend his brothers. Donatello worked day and night to build gear to protect his brothers. And Michelangelo brought the heart to his family. They are a unique family, but a family nonetheless.

This was amazing! :D I loved the dialogue choices first the opening! :) Not to mention the clips that played through this! And the theme that was playing! Absolutely awesome!
This show has been, and likely always will be, my favorite iteration of TMNT. This show was my childhood and introduced me to all things TMNT. I still go back and watch it to this day! Made so many awesome memories when watching this show for the first time, and even when going back to watch it again and again.
This show was a fun ride and it continues to be for every time I go back to it. It's crazy how long it's been since it aired! I still remember back when I watched the first episode for the very first time, laughing at all the jokes, being overly excited and amazed by the animation and the 3D look, which not many shows did at the time, sometimes not that often even today. the anime style over the 3D animation made it stand out and be so much more unique and expressive compared to most 3D animated films, shows, and much more. This show was one of, if not the main reason I got into animation and even liked the action packed, thrilling, adventurous theme. This show changed how I looked at things and what I liked, and everything, really.
This show not only being my favorite, but also has my favorite versions of each character. It was such a treat, which had sadly finished it's run a while back, but still sticks around and brings in new fans, and puts smiles on the old fans. What a ride.

@@spinjitzumasterfalcon Same here. :) I got into Ninjago in 2012, at that time, TMNT 2012 was my favorite show, even when Ninjago had finished season two. TMNT having the mysterious, thrilling adventures for ninjas is what had gotten me into the ninja-style shows and made Ninjago so much more enjoyable. I don't think I would've seen Ninjago the way I did and do now if it wasn't for TMNT. Doubt I would've even gotten into the show if it wasn't for TMNT. And on top of it, get into animation, UA-cam, and meet other cool fans of the show(s) like you and many others. :)
I only watch Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles since I was 2 years old.

I loved waiting every week for new episodes, this show was and is still just as amazing as it used to be. The action choreography of this show alone knocks many new popular shows out of the park. This series kept the flames of the franchise going and I can't wait to see what future holds for this beautiful franchise.
