Been home from Vietnam since 1969 after 2 1/2 years over there, no one would give me the time of day or a job so I just learned to drive a truck and hit the road and kept to myself. i have rode a bike since I was 16 years old. I have never met any one in the Viet Nam Vets MC. I have to take care of my wife of 35 years because she has MS and is in a Wheelchair now and can't ride with me anymore but I still ride a sportster now, to work and home. Bless you VVMC riders. Keep the wind in your face
You boys have all of my love and respect.
a real GLORY and HONOR badge!! these are the real tough guys in U.S motorcycle club!! and it's only exclusive to the BRAVES and real life HEROES!! salute!! from the Philippines!😉
this is to Amy RAV, read your comment . I was a member of that chapter. Your dad brought me to prospect from Olney. I was present when he became president. I know he's doing time, still miss hanging with him.
You have my support 100% true honorable citizens of this country honor an respect
Thank You for Your’ Service
Much love and respect
You guys fought for your country and deserve total respect, only Assholes would have treated you badly when you came home, at least that's my opinion. Thank you for your service.
To my family lost but not forgotten. The person that is my dad to me was a vnv/mc you have forever been, and for ever will be missed. R.I.P Caretaker. Love you Dad!...
I am so glad that the vets today do not have to go through the shit that I did when i came back from Vietnam in 1967 and 1969. Spent 2 1/2 years over there thinking that I was doing the right thing by my country and when I get home, I got yelled at and spit on and I hated it. I am not an outlaw, but I have been treated like that for the last 40 years.
I'm VNV M/C Family...My Dad is D-Con...Indiana Chapter 1 SCM/NCM (Where it ALL BEGAN!) He is doing time in Alabama...Miss him SO! Watching this made me miss him even more! THANKS!!
Amy Rav Read your comment on UA-cam. You probably don't remember me. My name is Stumpy. I was your dad's prospect. I lived across the street from your grandparents in Olney. I really miss your dad too. I seen on the news about him and the other guys. Everybody makes mistakes. If you contact your dad, tell him I said hi.

I am so happy I found this video My Uncle RIP belonged to this club
There's so much wrong with this country when they give more for the dam imigrants than they do for us veterans.
I agree 100% and thank you for your service
Its good to see some members from N Chapter
My father was a member of the viet nam vets mc rhode Island chapter in the 80s
Here at NAS Whidbey Island some bikers saw my dress blues with a veitnam service ribbon , and Vietnam campaign ribbon. Asked if I could start a chapter. I couldn't, was getting ready to go to USS Midway VA-115. 1981-83. Was on USS Saratoga VA-105 when in the Tonkin Gulf 1972. Still a club here somewhere.
GREAT VID!!!!! You guys Really needed a Documentary.
THANK YOU TO YOU ALL ! ! Proud sister of a United States Marine ORAHH RESPECT TO YOU ALL!
I have two nephews in the service .I thank God and ask him to watch over them every day .What was done to you men who served proudly ,bravely ,and without question was a travesty a disgrace and as long as I got breath goin out of my mouth will never happen again .Thank you very much for your service ,God bless each and everyone of you .To you all a belated much deserved welcome home Victorious Warriors .I dont give a fuck what the others say YOU TORE EM A NEW ASS
My father was the president of the MA chapter for a while. Great people, but unfortunately highly misunderstood by pretty much everyone outside their circle. I remember reading articles my dad would give me about the club, most read like some type of FBI authored disinformation that had nothing to do with the reality of why the club exists or what you were actually up to. Shame to hear about the BS the Feds gave the Vegas chapter members in 2013.
Much respect + stay strong.
"God bless you" vétérans......
Very nice video and R.I.P. Dad (a.k.a. Slats)

@wyldjayde Rest In Peace I mean he was called Ponytail Bob
respect!!!! god save the good patriote!!! and we don't forget!!!!!
I wonder why Ronnie "Government is the problem" Reagan didn't take care of you guys back then, and what comes to subsequent leaders what's keeping them now that (I guess) less than 30% of you are still among us? (Same here in Finland: they didn't stop collecting donations for our WW2(!) veterans until 2010's even while there must have been only a couple of thousand left!)
ORIGINAL
I knew half those guys, and half of them were asses that treated non vets(women and children) like shit! i worte poems about the things they told me and cried myself to sleep watching how they treated the younger vets too, including my husband. they got mad when i started seeing people that hadnt been in at all treated like family becaquse they took others identities and made them their own.
frame 0:33 John James Compton(Big John/leach) an ass that liked to make women feel like they needed to have sex with him if they didn:t want their husband or children hurt. i lived and survived their shit and came out with unseen wounds of my own,
Good to see you Popeye
Love and Respect
Im not sure how the club works but i would assume members would have to be genuine vietnam vets.
That means the club has a shelf life, its kind of a shame but there are only so many veitman vets. Perhaps extend an invitation to ALL veterans? I know there are many Iraq and Afghan vets comming home with simaler problems now days.
Hell maybe you guys already do that, i dunno. It's a decent way to extend the clubs life.
No sir they do not have to be vets..
So i guess this MC will have to die off before long? Vietnsm vets won't be around forever
