The main emphasis of my UA-cam Channel is to provide hints, tricks, and tips to enable you to improve or develop your outdoor cooking enjoyment. To achieve this I will pass on the knowledge & experience I have gained through working with major BBQ brands like Weber, Kamado Joe, Traeger etc and also having been involved in Competition BBQ scene as both a competitor and Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) Judge.
