Yes they all invited to all UA-cam Events and the biggest is the UA-cam FanFest and you can also join them. You might see many youtubers talking about some events those were organized.
The events are usually to bring together the UA-camr community and sometimes to tell them about new events coming up.
You can see all the (Most of them) in UA-cam Rewind and these are the things they do together and get to know each other.
