One arm dumbbell row: One arm ring row/ on arm TRX row Rear delt dumbbell fly: Rings or TRX Trapezius: Dips with straight/locked elbows or Pullups with straight arms/locked elbows This will make this nice video complete I think!
Thank you for this video.The information was much needed.As I am doing the Basics course almost 2 more weeks to complete then I will begin the Beginners course from Full Journey.Question I like to add in some weight exercises,like ketebels,Dumbbells,Bands ok?ex Doing side raises with Pike Press?

Wouldn’t pseudo planche push ups with almost maximum lean be better than tucked planche push ups for pure horizontal pressing strength 🤔?
