The lightstick is so cute with those lil horns. YG had trademarked the name "Monstiez" a few months ago and many fans thought it was Baemon's fandom name but everybody forgot about it eventually as yg didn't say anything related to it. I honestly believe it's a very cool and unique fandom name. We are MONSTIEZ 🔥💗
The details of the lightstick can still be changed, because it is still a prototype or basic form of a lightstick.

Some said it was the name for the plushies for their merch. I find it so cute but I didn't really thought that it was going to be the fandom name 😅

They already said it that Ruka mostly leads them in dance, Rami and Ahyeon leads them in vocal and Asa in rap. So I believe all of them will have that leadership mindset. Also, I'm glad there's no leader to avoid hate on Ahyeon, Asa and Ruka since these 3 are what the solo stans are pushing to be the leader.
You two have obviously not seen the Idol Human theatre and Idol human theatre behind the scenes where they bust on each other for 40 minutes straight in both of them and it is hilarious. Rami does her impersonations of all of them and there are a bunch of inside jokes from those 2 shows in this News 7 program. Part of YG girl group choice process is they all have to have leadership qualities. That is why Blackpink and BM do not need a leader.
YG girl group requirements:
1. All members must look different yet still be beautiful without makeup.
2. All members must have different unique vocal tone/texture/color.
3. All members must be incredible live performers.
4. All members must be nice people.
5. All members must be leaders and team oriented.
7. All members must have different personalities and be likeable.
8. All members must be authentic and true to themselves.
These qualities first of all means that every member who makes the group will be worthy of the fans who follow them. It also gives a wider array of personalities, beauty, and skills for people to connect with. For example: I see alot of my own personality traits in Ruka, Rora, and Rami which has made me follow these girls like my life depends on it (it's that Jisoo thing all over again). I have seen many groups that have girls who sound almost exactly the same, look the same, only look good with makeup, can't sing live, are fake, or have shiet personalities and I refuse to follow the entire group. BabyMonster are worthy of every ounce of love they get from Monstiez.

I think the reason why you're familiar with the name Monstiez might be because a couple months ago there's some leak on YG registering this name but at that time it was just an assumption that it could be the fandom's name but YG did not take any response from that. I'm so glad that it's officially our fandom's name as they're so many things that could compliment well during the concert, for instance, during the part when they sing "Baby I'm a Monster" instead we might sing "Baby I'm a Monstiez" it would be so much fun .
