Ashanti are very discerning people and everything Okatakyie said was 100% true. Despite Ashantis being the most less tribalistic people in Ghana all the tribes always attack Ashantis. What did he lie about NDC and Ashantis? who are the most senior figures in NDC from Ashanti? We have not forgotten the capitation that NDC set in Ashanti.

I took time to listen to you, because the way you started your submission and also looking at the fact that you are a conscious brother, i thought it was going to deal a major blow to okatakyie afrifas assertion but i was over expectant. Your submission didn't address 10% of what okatakyie afrifa said. Is it not true that npp kept on presenting people from the north as the running mate and eventually flagbearer? Has it not made npp attractive to some northerners who previously thought they had no future in the party?. Now look at the votes amd seats that npp gets from the north.
Mr man if you were a strategist enough, you would see that there is a lot of sense in what okatakyie is saying. But because he is speaking for a group that you hate, thats why you have allowed the hate and resentment to cloud your judgement. The way you keep on quoting things from Kevin Taylor shows you are his ardent viewer and listener and you really like all his words of humiliations and nullification against Asantes. If you want Asantes or any other tribe to vote for you, must you do things that will draw them closer or things that will push them further away?. If I didn't know any better, i would say you and the likes of Kevin Taylor resent Asantes. We are at a crossroads, where Asantes now feel aggrieved because thier own party has disappointed them. Any strategic politician will get closer to them and console them and promise them a better future if they vote for them to come to power. That way , they will win their hearts for ever.
