Hi I would like to know how you heat coffee water ? Do you have a boiler, an instant heater or a thermoblock ? Because according the system you use, the performance of temperature profiling are more or less efficient. Thanks. 😊
Hi Jean-Marc, we are using a so-called thick film heater. The concept is similar to a thermoblock but has no own thermal mass. So we are very quick to heat up and get ready to brew your own very good espresso shot. As we don't use boilers, we don't have to heat up water, which won't be used at the moment. If you have any further questions, feel free to send us an e-mail at contact@maro.coffee.
looks good but way too many buzz words to make it seem legit to be perfectly honest i understand the idea of making promotional content but it's every buzzword in less than 3 minutes
Did this project suddenly die off? No updates on kickstarter for 6 months, only 8 bakers in total, nothing new on youtube. The machine looks pretty enticing if it lives up to its claims in which case I'd be really interested.
Hey, sorry for the silence, we are working very focused on the last bits of the fulfilment of Model 1 to launch the final product. Due to our smaller team there has been a certain limitation on marketing, especially in online sector for the last months. We are going to of course increase that intensity there. If you want to have some more detailed updates, please find them on kickstarter or our instagram channel: instagram.com/maro.espresso :) Thanks a lot for your nice words!
Kleine Anmerkung am Rande, der Link zum Kickstarter funktioniert nicht Habe eure Maschine von dem Kaffemacher:innen Video schon kennenlernen dürfen, geiles Teil
Give it to Lance or James for a review. Asking the same price as the Decent right out of the gate with no proven track record or trustworthy unbiased reviews is really a big leap of faith.
nah man, this looks like snake oil all the way down. remember folks, the Decent DE-1 was born from a failed Kickstarter remarkably similar to this one.
this model could be tested at different coffee shows in germany and switzerland. no snake oil here. Just young talented dudes with a big german electronic supplier in the background.
@@LukasD89 The thing is that if you're looking for something like the machine advertised here, you will not be satisfied with the Linea Micra as it doesn't offer the controls you would want. It's not about built quality or name recognition or brand security or whatever..
I only trust it if you give it to James Hoffmann for a review :D
James Who ???
James, James Hoffman

Echt beeindruckend, was ihr da an Innovation in diese Maschine gepackt habt! Alles Gute und viel Erfolg!
Super!
Now there is not only decent espresso de1!
Bravo!
What is the benefit over this machine compared to the Decent de1? It is far more expensive but seems to offer similar functionality.
€4000+ Seems expensive to me
just checked the power requirements, says 2900w, that exceeds a standard 10A outlet.....
I’ve seen it at the Frankfurt coffee festival. It’s such an awesome machine. It brews damn nice. It looks damn nice. Love it 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

5000 Euro muss man eben übrig haben, für eine solche Maschine.

I don't think this is snake oil but at the same time, wonder what they are offering besides slick UI/UX from Decent

Hi
Looks amazing. What about left side steam arm option ?
I use to work for years with left side steam arm.
Wii you do option like this ?
Lol just steam on the right?
Is this product coming to the USA? Looks amazing!
Very interesting, but for €4500 far too expensive for beginners, even if it is easy to use.

Хочу, хочу, хочу!!!
Send one to me and i will test it for you
You could just buy the La Marzocco Linea Mini for that price. I'm sure your tech is great, but the Linea Mini is an incredibly built machine.
Sure but it contains none of the features they’re offering.
@@heytchap la Marzocco is established while this one would be a risk, so I get his point especially with the Linea Micra being available now
