NOT GUILTY !!
DROP THE CHARGES!!!
No way your charged for neutralizing a aggressive man
Not guilty
What a farce!! Guy going crazy!! Homeless none the less, I say NOT GUILTY! He was protecting other straphangers!!! Give this poor guy a break! If he did not intervene the homeless guy might have killed someone!
Homelessness doesn’t make someone a rabid animal.
First - not guilty
Free Mr. Penny!
This man is innocent,not guilty.
How he killed an innocent man. U racist
the law is mess up... he tried to help. So, a homeless man trying to hurt others is, ok? When a hero tries to help, the person gets charged, then who wants to be a hero?
He saved people from danger! He should NOT be in jail !!
That's very sad to hear. That guy truly tried to help the public avoid harm, but unfortunately, things went horribly wrong.
He killed a man for no apparent reason
Not guilty
NOT GUILTY!
Yep, there it is. The smiley-faced picture of the crazy homeless guy at the 1:22 mark. They won't show a picture of Daniel Penny in happier times. Nothing biased about this report, eh?
Convict! Modern day lynchers need to be LOCKED
There was no reason to hold him that long this guy wanted to murder someone look at him
innocent men, that judge is gonna is gonna go through alot if wrongfully convicted
His attorney's have their work cut out for them. It's going to be extremely hard to prove self defense when Neely was unarmed, had his back to Penny, and was neutralized minutes before taking his last breath while still in Penny's choke hold. The defense will be dependent on a sympathetic jury or juror that's fed up with the violent post-covid chaos in the subways.
If he was black or an illegal he would’ve never been in court
Yea cause we have historically gotten away with everything and there isn’t more blacks in prison than anyone else.@ David Johnson, nobody has pillaged more than your ancestors on this earth and gotten away with it. Victimized every race. That’s a fact.
@@StreetsAintNoMyth5 yep, wont stand close to the subway tracks if you ppl are within 6 ft close to me
@@DavidJohnson-xg6ob cause you are soft. Nobody has done more with no consequences on this earth than your peeps. That’s not even debatable
@@DavidJohnson-xg6ob either move or grow some stones. And honestly who has done the most with the least consequences in the history mankind? Easily yall. Victimized every shade of folks.
He would’ve been in court still
Penny saved,equal a penny
Earned
He is not a former marine, he IS a marine
Semper Fi marine
Detaining someone until the arrival of the police and strangling someone are not comparable actions.
What was his intent?

Guilty. No self defense in nyc and he wasn’t even defending himself. It’s totally admissible. What a reach
Guilty for hate crime
Guilty!!!!
He’s guilty
Yeah, but he went way too far.
Says someone who would run for her life..
Possible saving lives and Penny is guilty????????????????????????? Give me a break.
His white mayo hand put hands on a black kang guilty for opposing black man
Not guilty
