A floodgate that I think works really work in this deck is Secret Village of the Spellcasters. Its searchable with the crystal beast trap, imsety & maximus both being spellcasters enable its conditon as well. Another small note (because I dont recall hearing it in the video) 5:40 back when you had No.38 that monster has 2500 def which fills the condition for the trap, which meant you couldve ended on another horus instead of quebesenuf. Excellent showcase as always! Feel free to explore/experiment that trap with other strategies (something with azamina or kashtira also works cuz unicorn & diabellstar but have 2500 atk).
LETS GOO I also play horus control/otk going 2nd deck, I play kashtira package and dragoon package, kashtira is good because here is what it can do: (1 field spell, 2 uni, 1 fenrir, 1 theosis) 1. field gets to uni or you draw into uni, you summon uni, you get theosis, use theosis ,bring out fenrir, use fenrir to get 2nd unicorn to hand, now you overlay them into dark armed and you use its effect to destroy any card on the field by detaching a material, then when it destroys you have to banish a card, so you banish fenrir you detached, then you use the effect again, detach unicorn, pop a card and now you banish theosis, theosis triggers and gives you back your banished fenrir to hand, so now you have 2 discard fodders for horus disccard or spin targets for horus field, you got rid of 2 cards from opponent aswell, also you have a rank 7 monster on the field to further boost numeron dragon's attack by additional 7k. 2. It also can go into big eye to steal a monster 3. or you just leave them if situation calls for that I run lava golems and i run 3x kaiju slumbers and 4 different kaijus, 3 of the level 8ts each and 1 of the level 7 one, not only can slumber search a kaiju, its a board wipe aswell, and kaijus get rid of whatever problems opponent might summon, also kaijus/lava golems let you provide a free opening to kill them by breaking their walls or whatever might be there, if you wanna make a going 2nd deck in a best of 1 format where you keep playing against random decks and you aim to OTK then kaijus are a must imo and lava golems, i play them because they're level 8ts, i also play 1 of number's last hope (i play a 60 card deck btw). I play it because if i fail to otk, i can go into the photon lord and use its effect to search this card and add it to my hand next turn, and as long as i don't control a kaiju already on the field, i can use it next turn to bring out a kaiju and even lava golem (given that i properly summoned it first) and use them both for a rank 8 of choice for free. its basically overkill and a comeback card. i also even play metalfoes fusion along with the bridge trap and i play as many foolish burial good as banlist allows and i play the eagle crystal beast because its a normal summon that can help me go into anaconda in a pinch or its a discard fodder, i also run 3x pathfinder. Metalfoes fusion might seem like a dead draw but in a 60 card deck it works well, its a 1 card 2 card fodder for horus, it turns goods into upstart and not a dead card if bridge is used or unusable due to circumstances. and also i play harpies fether duster and heavy storm. finally, i play soooo many handtraps. The deck is good, its a general answer to the best of 1 format, it doesn't matter what you play against it feels most comfortable to play that way.
Not sure if viable or not but you could run Duality for Dragoon (Maximus) and for Mysterion (Amset). Both pretty good cards + duality recycles stuff from the GY for another draw.
He’s using a mod called MDPRO3; its basically Master Duel, but with all cards already added into the game. It doesn’t have events or require gems, but it does allow people to test new cards a lot faster and easier. Its quickly picked up usage compared to other alternatives like edopro.
Even that's incredibly easy to meet when you remember things like Bystials, Stardust, Firewall, Albaz Dragons, Flamberge, Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon, and a bunch of Blue-Eyes stuff can all potentially run it and have been used generically throughout the game's history.

These videos are intended to gauge the relevance of new cards in an upcoming format (ALIN in this case), against at least marginally relevant decks that you might expect to see at the local or regional level in that upcoming format. Showing a replay where you sack the Exosister bot because it is literally scripted to click yes with no ability to read your cards conveys zero meaningful information to anyone, regardless of how "sweaty tryhard" or whatever they are or aren't. It would be no different if the bot was playing goat control for some reason. Substantially less effort is being put into these videos since switching to MDPro.

Not everything is sweaty tryhards optimizing for perfect ratios. Sometimes cards are just cool by themselves
