Belinda I love that you’re reading to your son, I read to my son all the time. I still do. When has was 1 and walking he would bring the books to me and want me to read the same books over and over. That’s how they learn vocabulary. I didn’t let him use my phone or watch cartoons till he was 2 yrs old. I would put children’s music and play with him.
I can say the reading helped so much because he learned to speak clearly and much more...
Your a great mom. You Reminded me of myself when my son was little
P. S. The screen time is still limited
And when we’d go to restaurants I would take desk toys for him to play while the food came. Now days many parents can’t keep their children still so they hand them their phone.

I use ritual but I can’t wait to stop them and take a different prenatal once I deliver. They have been late on delivering my vitamins multiple times and so I’ve had to go out and buy MORE of a different kind while I wait! It’s so frustrating 😩I wish there were more methylated folate options...I’ve spent too much money!
