Fell in love with this dude's music when I heard his "Jasmine" cover years ago. What a voice and what musicianship.

I adore John Smith and was lucky enough to see him live and it was the most magical gig! I hope to be lucky enough and will very much ensure that I do see him live many more times. A true pleasure and stunning talent!

I saw him open for Suzanne Vega a month ago at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. It was magical. I adore Winter. I spoke to him afterwards, he is such a lovely guy. He signed my cd too.

In his live shows, one of which I've been lucky enough to see in Oregon, The Guitar becomes some kind of living object of wonder which he offers up basically for free. A treasure.

John has a really rich voice and is a total wizz on the guitar. On top of that he is a likeable chap. I was lucky enough to see him at a gig literally 5 mins walk from my home in the north of England. It's nice to see that you guys in the U.S. appreciate him

Beautiful. Came across him by accident supporting John Martyn at one of his last gigs at the Roundhouse in London and was knocked out.

Love these four choices from the album. Saw John Smith at the I’m With Her gig this past week and was so magical live, he’s so good!

I was ready to roll my eyes at another white guy with a beard and an acoustic guitar but I really love this. Nice technique and great songs.

Look out Humingbird is allegedly a trademark of Gibson. Now tough guy Mark Agnesi is gonna sue you.😄...Amazing music

I think a lot of these are DADGAD, or close to it.
