Those if us who lived thru this - we saw their concerts, we were "that" age, we dressed, (and I still dress should I say "punk", at 62. I try to refine it a bit, grow old gracefully, I'm NOT 28 anymore). But man we were lucky. An older gentleman I know to the tune of 93 or 94 was telling me when he wore his ZOOT SUIT, when he was in his 20s, and the cop asked him, "Where you going dressed like that?". My dad was born 1910. Me, 1957. When I was 20 or 21, my dad said to me, "When I was your age, I had my own Tuxedo." There are cool eras and those of us who "lived" in them are cool and lucky to hve done so. THE SEX PISTOLS in NYC made dressing "punk" official forever. I'm still a member of JOHNNY ROTTENS' Fan Club and SID VICIOUS, the name he scratched unto the metal in an elevator at THE CHELSEA HOTEL is still there. When are you going to put up WHEN THE LIGHTS GO OUT by DR FEELGOOD, please?
