Thoroughly enjoyed the video Shaun. We stayed there for a week in February just before the virus kicked off. Before that we had a week on Sector D in Camposol and will be back when the situation settles down to make our minds up on where to buy. Looked very quiet on Hacienda del Alamo when you visited compared to when we were last there in February. The Spaniard Inn and the Sheraton Hotel were both fully open back then as was the restaurant and kiosk in the Pueblo Español.

Thank you David, glad you enjoyed the tour - how much can change within a year. Lets hope next year things get back to normal (if that happens) and the hotel and Spaniard can re-open. Many thanks for watching and stay safe :)
Good day Shaun, lovely day again, looks like it will be a great place when finished. Should have taken your golf clubs, give bonnie a stroke for me 🐕 stay safe shaun. 😀

Thank you Steve, glad you enjoyed the tour - don't play golf, too much walking!!!! Bonnie is asleep at the moment but will later. Many thanks for watching and stay safe :)
Looks a nice resort Shaun but as you said, very quiet on the day. I did notice some 2 bed properties for sale recently where you were at 13:58 as well as the other areas. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you Kev, glad you enjoyed the tour - yes plenty of villas to buy here and some at a good price. Many thanks for watching :)
Its all very nice, but just feels so deserted, does it ever get busy, i would need a bit going on and some movement, not just empty buildings, you're thoughts please?

Hi Philip, its a big place, hotel open again. I don’t live there, about an hour’s drive for me. The video is old but I’ve been there recently, seems okay to me. If you’re thinking of moving there, worth checking out before making that final decision 👍🇪🇸
nice video, so the who buy apartament in there Hacienda del Álamo Golf, Fuente-Álamo can live in condominio like a main residence. our justo for vacantion...?

@@cachoeirademinas9405 As I don't live on any, but the two I was most impressed was La Torre & Mar Menor Golf Resorts. Worth checking out and wish you luck in your new adventure :)
Ist dort schön, aber sehr leer . Wohnen dort keine Menschen dort . ? Wir waren auch am überlegen dort zu kaufen aber dort sind keine Geschäfte und Ärzte , ohne Auto ist man dort verloren wenn man alter wird 😮

Many thanks for your comment and good you are doing your research, not been here for a while. There is a town nearby but like most place in Spain, you need a car. Many thanks for watching the video.
ruined a potentially great course with bloody hard speed bumps- just lost my business. Putting up with that lot shaking you and your car 50 times a day x 6 days a week= 350 x 12 = 4200 car and body shuddering impacts a year. No gracias.
