It's a nice house, but as foreigners aren't eligible to buy landed properties, it makes me wonder who the hell all of these expensive places are marketed towards. I suppose there are overseas Filipinos who are looking to retire back home, but how many of them are millionaires? Of course there are a certain amount of people in the country who have gotten rich through graft who can afford them, and there are also some foreigners dumb enough to buy homes in their wife/girlfriend's name, but does that really comprise a big enough market for the thousands of pricey homes listed for sale? Hmm...

Nice house, but absolutely ridiculous that you can't show helpers quarters, utility area or a guest room. Get them to tidy up and go for a walk while your filming.
The helpers are there when shoot the video. We don't want to disturb them
