It was so unique to me at the time and it felt like my little hidden secret. The marshmallow plays out on my skin as a fluffy, powdery sweetness that appears in the drydown. As if marshmallows were dried up and made into a powder. That might just be my imagination but that's how I "found the marshmallow" hehe. You are gorgeous by the way and loved seeing this haul.

When I first purchased girl of now I didn’t like it at all. But than one day my nose just ended up loving it lol. Reminds me of a orange cream popsicle with toasted pistachios on top. The longer it sits on the skin the better it smells. I’m glad I didn’t return it lol

I love love love the way you describe scents. I feel that Girl of Now is a daughter of LVEB (Lancome) and (Hypnotic Poison). If they had a baby...with maybe some Alien thrown in...this would be her. I def don't love it the way everyone else did. Yeah, D&G Femme: No marshmallow for me! Definitely not. Thank you for making me feel like I'm not crazy! It's very pretty. I like it a lot.

Girl of Now is definitely an out and about fragrance! I used to get so many compliments on it from strangers back when we were allowed out. I don’t smell no kind of marshmallows in that D&G either lol I almost blind bought it because I loves my sweets but was glad I didn’t after I smelled it in store.
Love is love D&G smells very similar to Versace Eros Pour Femme edp. Oh and I love D&G Pour Femme. I bring out the marshmallow by layering with Philosophy fresh cream. 🙌🏽

Amo Ferragamo smelled similar to Jessica Simpson Fancy to me. I decluttered because I just didn’t reach for it although I found it pleasant. I love the dry down on Girl of Now. I don’t get the marshmallow in D&G Pour Femme either but I really enjoy it anyway.
Finally I can buy La Belle. I’ve always felt you are honest. I enjoy it. D&G Pour Femme I have to my coworker. I bought it solely for the marshmallow smell. I couldn’t find it and I thought I had a bad bottle. I’m waiting to spray Girl of Now when it gets below 50°.

If you like green notes, have you tried Covet by Sarah Jessica Parker or Prescriptives' Calyx perfume? It was green/tropical heaven! I heard it was reformulated by Clinique 😒. Reformulations are the worst.

I tested Dolce & Gabbana Pour Femme on my arm and for me, the marshmellow comes in the drydown. I couldn't stand that jasmine note tho. I've seen reviewers state that the intense version is better, but I don't know and want to test that theory first
Girl of now was definitely a fragrance that had to grow on me but to me bow it smells so amazing. Like someone drizzled hot caramel syrup on pistachios and almonds. With pear.
Oh my God me too lol. Didn't care for it at first. Even when doing this video i thought it was just OK. It's a LOVE now. It's just so unique with that pistachio note, so your nose rejects it at first.

Talking about green scents I purchased Truth by Calvin Klein only because Thierry Wasser was one of the names in the collab and he did dior addict. My preference is fruity. The dry down of Truth is beautiful first spray is green like WTH is this and then it comes woo it's grown up
I like the green aspect of Truth...the spicy part of it is a little much for me. It's been a while since I've smelled it though. I may pick up a new bottle 🤔 🤗.

Get both! They're dirt cheap and both smell great 🤗. It's almost impossible to tell which is better. It's almost like choosing between two of your kids. Not everyone has kids, but I'm sure you get the analogy 😊.
@@ShanaJ OMG yessss it is everything and a compliment getter!! I’m so glad I tried... was hesitant at first like everyone else lol. The body cream alone is so intoxicating and can be worn by itself. I think the edt is a little more green (Florabotanica Balenciaga green) and the edp has more of a vanilla vibe and long lasting, but very similar. All you need is 1-2 sprays of the edp and maybe 3-4 of edt. I also like to use the Aura body cream with 1-spray of Alien or vice versa...very beautiful scent and many compliments! Love your content ❤️

I tested Dolce & Gabbana Pour Femme on my arm and for me, the marshmellow comes in the drydown. I couldn't stand that jasmine note tho. I've seen reviewers state that the intense version is better, but I don't know and want to test that theory first
Girl of now was definitely a fragrance that had to grow on me but to me bow it smells so amazing. Like someone drizzled hot caramel syrup on pistachios and almonds. With pear.
Oh my God me too lol. Didn't care for it at first. Even when doing this video i thought it was just OK. It's a LOVE now. It's just so unique with that pistachio note, so your nose rejects it at first.
@@ShanaJ yes true! Being new to fragrances this year my nose is so accustomed to normal crowd pleasing generic smells and when my nose smells something different at first I won't like it at first idk why then it will grow on me haha.

Talking about green scents I purchased Truth by Calvin Klein only because Thierry Wasser was one of the names in the collab and he did dior addict. My preference is fruity. The dry down of Truth is beautiful first spray is green like WTH is this and then it comes woo it's grown up
I like the green aspect of Truth...the spicy part of it is a little much for me. It's been a while since I've smelled it though. I may pick up a new bottle 🤔 🤗.

Get both! They're dirt cheap and both smell great 🤗. It's almost impossible to tell which is better. It's almost like choosing between two of your kids. Not everyone has kids, but I'm sure you get the analogy 😊.

I just got my 12 fragrances today. I am up in the air over Rumeur and Chopard Wish... I just don't know 😕
Rumeur is NOT easy to wear. 1 spray low on the body girl :). What's wrong with the Wish?
The initial spray was not good , but the dry down is awesome.

I adore green notes...never experienced Aura, but I would love to. So many ppl make it sound like a monster lol. Is it any good?
@@ShanaJ OMG yessss it is everything and a compliment getter!! I’m so glad I tried... was hesitant at first like everyone else lol. The body cream alone is so intoxicating and can be worn by itself. I think the edt is a little more green (Florabotanica Balenciaga green) and the edp has more of a vanilla vibe and long lasting, but very similar. All you need is 1-2 sprays of the edp and maybe 3-4 of edt. I also like to use the Aura body cream with 1-spray of Alien or vice versa...very beautiful scent and many compliments! Love your content ❤️
