The patient developed lateral compartment osteoarthritis (AO)

The patient, a recreational athlete, developed lateral compartment osteoarthritis (AO) following ACL reconstruction and unsuccessful lateral meniscus repair. To address this, a Valgus Closing Wedge Supracondylar Femoral Osteotomy was performed to transfer weight-bearing load to the medial compartment.
