Just curious, doesn't the employee's contract stipulate the conditions? I would imagine you would need to read it, understand and then sign.

A question:Why would someone choose to go to middle east for a salary of less than 150,000 kes p.m while there is an option of Newzealand of earning over 450,000 kes p.m.
I think the agent payment for a high salary job is high so many ppl can't afford.

I am am a healthcare manager in Australia and it is better paying than New Zealand.

@@katemungai3718 Hi Kate, in my opinion, if you want to migrate to another country, you need to do the research first. What I was trying to point out is, while the money sounds like life changing opportunity, you need to be aware that the cost of living is very higher, the tax system is different and you will certainly not make 500k a month. That's the reality.
I still however recommend you go through agents, I think someone like Jimmy would be credible, I would use his services because you are looking to migrate for work reasons. Most countries have partnerships with each other but I don't Kenya has seasonal or skill shortages work arrangements with either New Zealand or Australia.
You need to come here either as a skilled worker, student or through other relevant visas.
Point to consider, would you rather earn less for example like middle East countries but have more savings of earn more but have less savings. Think in this lines as well.
Read about visa requirements as well to migrate to new Zealand or Australia...it will give you an idea
