The only thing I hate about every new AC game is that they ALWAYS change the controls and what buttons do what. It’s so annoying
That doesn't worry me all that much its more they seem to not change the things that matter most like the clunky movement and for crying out loud why is there no animation for assassinating a crouched enemy

I am a 53 year old woman (major Tomb Raider fan since it's conception many moons ago now when only on PC) who has only just got in to the Assassins Creed family over the last 3 years after my younger brother (47! lol) gave me his old Xbox One Consol and a couple of the games, including the incredible AC Origins (I have loved ancient Egypt since I was a child), but I can honestly say the childish excitement of watching this new game and your amazing coverage has given me such a refreshed buzz and determination to now seriously tackle AC Valhalla, which I have to say Im not really enjoying much, but has to be done now so I am more in the know about Basim. Time to dust off the old controller again!!! THANK YOU :)

AC Brotherhood was my first ever AC game and i fell in love with the franchise ever since. watching your AC marathon brought back so many memories knowing mirage brought back the old AC style just makes me more excited to watch this

I've always been a fan of assassin's creed. From my old Xbox to my computer, spent so many hours having fun on those games. Crazy game, I will definitely add this on my steam wish list once it's out.

This game was initially meant to be a smaller dlc project for Valhalla but I’m so hyped they decided to make a full blown game into basims origins. Love watching u play the AC games - I’m on Xbox 😊

It’s pretty much the size of a dlc, doesn’t seem they made that much bigger. It’s a cash grab and an attempt at pleasing the older fans.

Makes me cry lol, i go to sleep late, I wake up early excited to play, i roll up the blinds so i can get more lightning in the room and watch the snow falling and playing in the snow in AC .. such a good times I knew even back then they were good.

Great content, sir. Mirage has the look and feel of Origins. The subtle content throwbacks to the original Assassins Creed and even Prince of Persia are awesome! Can't wait to get lost in this new AC world for awhile.

The cut scenes in this game are pretty insane, the score is amazing and the gameplay itself is really fun. Haven’t felt this immersed in an AC game in awhile

So excited to get to play this, so much so, I just ordered a new XBOX Series S 1TB rig to play it on, as didn't want to degrade the amazing looking graphics on my old XBOX One. Got the game yesterday and so far so good. In my opinion, it felt like a mixture of Origins and the Ezio trilogy. The controls and free running are smooth imo.
I’m a little meh about it tbh and I was very hyped for it. It’s good and a step in the right direction to move away from the last few RPG AC games that were way too long and big in size. It does feel more back to its AC core. However it still plays like Valhalla to me with the mechanics. And I dunno I was just expecting more from it. But definitely a step in the right direction for the franchise.
