Can I ask why you didn't use a leaf blower to clear the roof first? Seems you sprayed over a bunch of branches and leaves. Maybe thats not included in your service?
I put a gallon on eliminator in my 16gal soap tank and I feel like it's not really soapy should I do a gal and a half like a 10-1 only info I find is an Oz per gal but no info for a blend manifold
I dont like that surfactant at all. I've used it once cause it was given to me. It takes way too much to make it soapy. I like the scent cover thats about it. When I had it , I always mixed it with the slo mo. Even the apple blossom I mixed that with slo mo too. Slo mo is the best surfactant in my opinion
Like your videos you had one on starting up a business like yours I'm very interested in doing something like that here in my state I live up in northern Minnesota . No clue how to start and or bid ect. I'm thinking🤔 about the northern tool soft washer to start with and hopefully up grade latter anyway you can help with questions and equipment ect.
Personally I get a little uneasy sometimes when residential customers really want proof of insurance. In south Florida a lot of scummy people just want to blame prior damages on you and use your insurance. But nice vid as usual man
Thank about it this way if you advertise as you have insurance and mention it when you’re trying to make a sale. Maybe they had gotten burned by somebody before
Sounds like an air leak somewhere. Make sure your wires to your battery is rhe correct gauge and make sure you got the correct nozzles. But I'm leaning mostly towards air leaks somewhere
For house washing if the algae is really bad I automatically know it will need a hotter mix. Light algae can cleaned via downstreaming. For roof cleaning definitely 12v softwash system is needed.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash who's your agent , i know some stuff is your stuff. Waste so much time each year getting quotes that are all over the place🤔 Thanks Mr. Cliff
Hey Clifford! Nice job. It is scary when customers ask that stuff. Makes them feel high maintenance and we all know about high maintenance customers. Side question if you have time. What do you do if a customer has dark colored hardy board? To add a second part to this, dark color hardy board with Sherwood Williams paint?
If its the blue Sherwin Williams paint I just stay away. But I've done other ones that are dark colored a downstream mix doesn't affect it. I would wet it first before applying the mix just for extra precaution.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash thanks! You’re the man. Always so helpful. I’ve been staying away too but just wanted the opinion from someone with more experience.

Very professional. Didn’t understand what Soft Wash was till your video, especially on the roof, so you don’t damage the shingles.
Yes exactly 💯 thanks for watching

I cleared the small branches after but the leaves will just die and fall off from the hot mix

amazing finish . do u require deposit before u get to job ?
No I don't. Not for smaller jobs like that. Maybe if I need materials that were 500 and up.

quick question do you also use sh the clean the screens
Yes that's what kills the algae

What chemicals do you use on your roof washes??? Im trying to get into it a lil more!
The staple chemical of pressure washing and softwashing. SH aka pool chlorine
Great job 👏🏽
Thank you
What size hose is that 1/2”?
Yes 1/2 inch hose
My 5.5gpm 12v everflo looses pressure and distance. Switched to a 1/2 hose and still same results.. Any tips?

What %mix did you use on the screen & fence?
On those 2 I used a 3% mix.
Hey man I'm just wondering what is the deciding factor for when you decide to downstream or use the softwash 12v system?
I gauge it by how dirty the surface is. If it's filthy I'm automatically bumping my mix up. I guess this goes for most as time goes on.
For house washing if the algae is really bad I automatically know it will need a hotter mix. Light algae can cleaned via downstreaming. For roof cleaning definitely 12v softwash system is needed.
