@@Chrisaustory I've got the belt drive also in the cupboard. From my personal experience with the wave, I use it as a sidewalk coffee run ... loose truck cruiser where I'm pretty much just on the sidewalks or cruising past shops or pedestrians so I appreciate the quietness. If I was using it on the road or some of the riding you do....the belt drive noise isnt that bad if your on open open roads or long open pathways. Belt drive just gives your more torque off the line and better braking. For my personal experience....a board this short gets pretty sketchy real quick once your pushing for more performance. Definately worth trying the belt drive though if you can demo it somehwere.

I’m sorry but I don’t understand how people can buy expensive ass boards like that. I feel like I like meepo better because it is cheap and they go faster then other more expensive boards
As i was looking for a shortboard, I chose the exway wave over meepo mini due to how repairable the board is. With a Quick-swappable battery, swappable drive train and replaceable head/tail lights, wheels, tape etc. it just seemed like a more resourceful alternative in the long run! If any part of the board fails i wont need to replace the entire board! I also really liked the design of exway boards :) speed isnt really a main priority of mine especially on this short board, thanks for watching!
