What I love about her is how she shows the flavor of the food through facial expressions and makes your mouth water more. Most mukbangers are emotionless and you don't know if the food actually tasted good or not. i lover so muchh! Sooyoung hwaitinggg!!!
She gave the meat an initial sear to seal in the moisture (first browning) then let it rest most likely in a tin foil tent for 5 minutes. Meat will continue to cook till room temperature. After that she placed it back on the heated griddle to give it another browning. You can do the same effect with a sear on the stove and then let the steak of choice cook in the oven 425 F (about 220C) for 8 - 10 minutes depending on how pink you want the middle.
