- Onigirazu is simple and delicious
Lunch box menu.
✤ Ingredients (2 servings)
Rice, 2 Eggs, 4 Lettuce, Spam, Carrot, Seaweed, Cheddar Cheese 2 (optional)
✤ making
① Cut the lettuce in half
② Shred carrots and stir-fry with salt
③ Cut the spam into 0.5 ~ 0.7cm thick
④ Roast the spam back and forth
⑤ Add 2 spoons of rice and make a rice lid
⑥ Lay the wrap wide and put the laver on it
⑦ Make steamed rice into square boxes (diagonal),
⑧ Put ham, eggs, cheese, lettuce, carrots and rice lids in order
⑨ Fold the four sides of the laver and wrap it with a wrap
⑩ After completion, cut in half
✤ TIP
① Please unpack rap before eating

I am from the Philippines! Rice with spam and eggs is common place for us. It is one of things I enjoy eating for breakfast. 🍹🍹

It looks very easy to make but I failed the first time. Lesson learnt. You can never ever use warm cook rice. Rice must be cool down before it can be wrap, same for others ingredients. When the rice is hot/warm, it has moisture and thus will make the seaweed sheet damp and not able to wrap. Same goes for the ingredient. When it's hot or just cooked, it will spoil the seaweed sheet or not able to wrap easily as what shown in the video

Дополнение: рис лучше подсолить мелкой солью, немного кунжутного масла для аромата и кунжутных семечек. Потом уже делать формовку. Вместо ветчины можно пожарить обычное мясо.
Вы правы, я делаю их теперь и с курицей, и с колбасой и с сосисками. Или просто с овощами) огурец иногда заменяет морковку) мммм, вообще не надоедает, а главное сытно! Долго кушать не хочется после него!
Еще можно в кляре и сухарях пожарить, но это уже вообще имба.
