We need a strong 500k+ sellers market like we had before. My assumption is the new build 300k and under houses are probably pretty good....but then you'd have to buy a Greenland, D.R., Genesis, Hubble or Happe...😢😢
If interest rates come down at all I think we will definitely see that strong 500k+ sellers market. Also, I think those builders can be great choices as long as you have a good home inspector to make sure everything has been done correctly!
