It looks like a beautiful day for a surf until Tiggy gets caught in a vicious rip and gets pulled underwater. Tossing and turning, Tiggy gasps for air and worries that he won’t survive this watery whirlwind. Luckily, someone or something comes to his rescue and drag him to safety in an underwater cave!

When Señorita Sparkle Hooves, Daisy Bell, and Fang tell the story of Rainbow Island and the missing jewels that could save the island from being lost forever, Tiggy promises to help. Together, the new friends set out on a mission to recover the jewels from the evil hands of the pirate dogs and return them to the statue where they belong.
