Magical. Pure Sporting theatre of the highest order. That kind of joy which is tinged with a hint of sadness - because you know this is a fleeting moment of pure perfection that will pass, but always be remembered fondly. Thank you Mr. Broad.
0:00 Mo in Travis’s head as he nicks a decent spinner to slip. 7:50 Smudger Smith Smudged a Woakes Jaffa to the James (slip) Corden. 11:28 Bairstow takes a screamer and all Australians hate Marsh again. 16:23 Starc plays a wild shot outside off to woakes straight to 2nd slip. 39:04 Captain C**t features nicks it down the leg side onto his pad and is out caught by stokes. 1:18:31 After some bail changing trickery Harry Potter (Todd Murphy) nicks Broads spell binding ball. 1:33:31 The cheat is out nicking through to Bairstow the ironic thing being that the “only thing he’ll be remembered for” is being Broads last wicket in cricket. It's a shame for us that Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid don't want to play test cricket anymore. They would played an important part in the upcoming test series in India. Especially with their experience and control with the ball.
I would LOVE if you could post the first session at Trent Bridge 2015. My tv stuffed up that night (watching in Australia) and I missed the whole Broady spell. Only got to see the highlights
Watched this at a restaurant called 110 Grille on my birthday in America and almost ran around the dining room when the last wicket fell…incredible series
The last time I bowled (1984 before or after Glastonbury i can’t remember but it was about then) I really ached. It takes some flex and energy to throw your back into a good delivery. King Sunny Ade and Dr John y’all by the way.
37 overs after Usman Khawaja deliberately used his helmet to damage a ball that was about to reverse and forced the notorious ball change, Australia were in a commanding position at 264-3. At which point Moeen Ali, the illustrious medium paced bowler, nipped out Travis Head with a booming outswinger. His consummate control of seam and swing would account for another two wickets, sending a wailing and nashing Ozzie team to defeat.
But the thing is the Aussies were motoring along so it does raise suspicion about whether or not the umpires wanted the home side to have an advantage.
@@umeshsurenthiran9205I wouldn't have thought so. When we used to have umpires from the host country, it was possible, but since that stopped and neutral umpires became the norm its less likely to be the case.
@@mrkipling2201 wait, you're acting like it wasn't an unfair advantage because the umps picked the ball. But the umps said that there wasn't a matching ball, so they chose the closest thing. I was in your camp but the young English spinners did us proud in India. India remember and these young uns can turn it back home.
I like Moeen as a cricketer, however he is famous for his lack of control.

Great 👌 test match 👌👌👌
As a neutral fan. The ball swap at the end of day four won the game for England. With no vested emotion it was quite dubious
