I’ve been team la vie est belle for years. I just got Idôle and it’s my new fave. Lancôme did well on both.
Idole is such a special fragrance I really love it! So I’m bias to it because I love designer jasmine perfumes and the rose in this to me just takes it to another level. I don’t like rose fragrances typically but the way they’ve done this fragrance is so well done!

Great video! You explain everything quite well. I totally love the Idole fragrance. I just picked up a 0.85 ounce bottle from Macy’s. It’s now my to go fragrance. I got compliments on it whenever I wear it. I adore the sweet freshness of it. It pairs quite well with my body chemistry. Idole actually lasts all day on me. I haven’t tried the other one as yet perhaps I’ll stop by Macy’s soon to give it a shot. Ta Ta for now! Thanks so much for your review!

I love the first scent.I get tons of compliments when I wear it. I've made it my winter scent because I'm chased by bees in the summer.

Idole is just “me”. I feel like it goes with my personality and it mixes well with my body chemistry. I think it might become my signature scent.

I own both 😂 They are both similar but wonderful differences that I found to justify.. Lancôme Idole has that Rose note that smells young and feminine that most houses get wrong and gives Rose scents a bad rap ( smelling like an old lady) this one is young and pretty .. wore it a lot in the spring and summer but will be keeping out for fall and winter too.. Lancôme La Vie Est Belle is my casual version of Chanel Mademoiselle .. great for work or fun girls night /day

I got a sample of Idole and like it a lot but I hate that the bottle doesn’t stand up 😩 that’s the only reason I haven’t purchased it.
Right now Macy’s has the 4 piece set on sale it comes with the stand. I purchased it yesterday.
I bought a cute box small enough for decor and I put some of my fragrances in there and it looks cute

I wanted to love La Vie Est Belle but it was just too sickly sweet for me. At first spray I liked it but after an hour I was trying to wash it off because it was making me gag.
So its LVEB original? Ufff the really strong one w patchouli. Dont like the patchouli
Can't agree with you more, blind bought it and just can't stand the patchouli, it's too much and burns my nose.

La vie est belle I have this perfume I bought it for 65$ 30ml bottle, this perfume is sweet but not very sweet,I like this smell but on my skin it last only for 3 hours after that it is gone . On my clothes La vie est belle last for 5 hours max . It is not worth for me to spend 65$ on a perfume that doesn't last on my clothes more than 12 hours .
I like Fancy by Jessica Simpson more than La vie est belle by Lancome.
