Even if Hamas was allowed to be inside the hospital to be treated or what ever reason it could have possibly been, that is not anyone's business and certainly not Israeli business. How can it be ? The Gaza strip is not owned by Israel. Just like Israel can do as they see fit inside their territory, so can Palestinian inside their own ! Where do IDF soldiers get treated when they are wounded ? Israeli hospitals ! Where do Hamas and PIJ fighters get treated when wounded ? Inside Gaza strip hospitals ! The idea of a command and control center under the hospital has already been debunked, it was such a laughable and primitive claim that no one believed it right from the start and the barbaric raid on the hospital only confirmed the barbarity of the claim. The real reason why they have such claims is as a excuse to wantonly destroy everything in Gaza that supports life. That is it. Ben-Gvir is the most annoying and obnoxious person I have ever seen in my life, he has no respect and dignity for human life. None whatsoever.
The hospital director was freed because there was no charges that could be leveled against him after being investigated. Why is Ben Gvir saying otherwise? The guy is just simply obnoxious. May he never prosper.

Every foreign doctor who worked at Al Shifa swore there were no fighters there. The Israelis embarrassed themselves by swearing there was a command centre there that turned out no to exist. This man's only "crime" was helping sick and wounded Palestinians. He's luckier than the top orthopedic surgeon of another hospital; who was arrested and beaten to death by the Israelis for the crime of setting smashed Palestinian bones.
