You are quoting 1.6Cr for 1314 sft which works out be 12000 per sft. Either the owner is being too greedy or you are leaving a lot of scope for negotiation. There are a lot of new communities in Kokapet-Narsingi stretch that are available from 9000 per sft
Agree with you sir Seller expecting price only in Myhome Avatar. Scope for negotiation is less only sir.
@@SaleMyFlatyou should tell the seller that they are being too greedy. Myhome Avatar also has a lot of maintenance issues as well. One can buy new flat at a lesser price in Provincia next door. Even in Tranquil there are 3bhk available at 1.8 cr. Agreed that they have done interiors but if they are adding interiors to selling price, they have to know that when reselling, interiors are not worth that much…
@@prady38 100% agree, however people have failed to realize true value and are thinking that prices will go to the moon. Last year it was 10k, this year it is 12k and next year they think it will go 14k and so on.
@@prady38 Agree with u ... not sure why people are still in fomo ?? we have crossed that now... we have huge over supply of apartments and hyderabad have lot of land availability for expansion .. 1.6cr is huge amount for 1314sqft...after 30% deduction of common area actual carpet area will be less than 1000sqft... lol too funny why people are wasting their hard earned money..
