Second girl was guilty of burning clothes, period. She was honest from the start that he was not the father. Her mother caused this pain by convincing this young man that he was the dad. Grandmother should have stayed out of the situation.
The way to deal with a nasty ex, is not to sink to their level, but to rise above them,
I say cut off contact and pretend they never existed.

Yea, that was sad. I wonder if he didn't sleep with her friend and break her heart 💔 if things would have worked out differently. I think she loves him. I think a part of her always will, but I suppose that was right to walk away and not tolerate that behaviour. I suppose if u really care, never test someones love no matter how much u think they love you.
She chose to have him there, whether he is the father or not he *must* step up. She thought it was him.

*SPOILER ALERT* 3rd case it was not the father and the mother accused him of tampering with the result and the judge admonished her for saying that. Daughter was just silent!

He's not the father, the mother accused the judge with tampering with the results, daughter stayed very quiet after the results and didn't throw her mother under a bus, like she did to all the men who turned out not to be her father after the DNA paternity test.
That poor man really wanted to be a father. That's so sad. Especially with his mom dieing

As a Tennessee resident, the birth certificate processor does NOT go through all of that, they’ll ask if he’s the father and if he’d like to sign the birth certificate. They’ll take his license/state issued ID and viola!
Same in canada. The baby doesn't get the legal husbands name. It gets the legal fathers name. Whoever the mother says is the father unless he disputes it. Then the baby gets the mothers last name.

Worse case I have seen is 1 women putting the baby on 13 different men she has been with. Claiming all are the father and forcing them to pay child support. When 13 men were not the father, some other man was.

The judge should know the birth certificate stuff. If legally married under the law it is assumed to be the married mans and he doesn't need to do anything paperwork wise. If the woman wants to add a different name that man she wants has to do paperwork and sign.
Not in every jurisdiction. The judge can't keep track, but should know on case by case.

She told him time after time he was not the father. The only heartless one in that case is her mother who kept telling him that her daughter was lying and he was the father when she didn't know herself. He played himself in this scenario, by listening to her mother and not the person who gave birth.

When a female says “thank you” to the man when the judge says he is not the father and him crying his eyes out that is sad and pathetic girl bye! That is the one person you want to be the father of your child because he is hurting and he really wanted to be there for your child!!
In canada the ex isnt assumed to be the father if youre not divorced. You put the name of the actual father on the birth certificate. I never did anything at the hospital. I just named him. When i applied for a birth registration awhile later i sent info in the mail. I got his birth certificate when he was a teen.
I knew the whole time Mr Golden was not the father. Had a whole baby out of revenge.

Courts send mail registered and not to family addresses. Registered means they prove you got it. Its signed for. They check your licence or social security for your current address. They dont mail it to your parents home

That first one, the child was just like him, his colouring blond and everything about her, how can these men not see what’s so obvious
Last lady liked the clubs so its possible she wasnt sober and doesnt remember which guy she told or who picked her up from the club. Mom may have added his name to certificate years later. Didnt know his name properly.
That 3rd case. Another example of XYs not taking responsibility. That Woman told you “you were the father” and instead of handling it, you leave for 10 years. Bye sir!
Another example why that happens when even the XX doesnt know for sure who the father is
He found out later! He didn't even know until after paternity was ordered by the court and the window of appeal was over.
