How do you get the X and Y axis to show up on the Magic cube?
Hello Daniel, You won't be able to make those appear on the Magic cube. But you can tilt it on both axis. Hold the shift button while rotating it to change the axis.
How do you hide ceilings from view?
Tap on floor while in 3d. Then tap paint roler icon on top left of screen. Then close ceiling bar
And please increase the size of your catalogue

Could you add a model of the doors and Windows. Especially a sliding door
Customer service stopped answering my messages once I requested a refund.
The product page in the apple store says the app is capable of "Multiplatform synchronization". I paid the subscription counting on being able to use my phone when going shopping. However, I cannot see on my phone the project I drew on my mac.
The support stopped answering my email messages once I asked for a refund. They tried to provide a solution for one week and we were able to communicate properly during that week. However, they failed to solve my issue and then got completely silent when asked for a refund.
So, not answering customer messages and ignoring refund requests is utterly disrespectful to me and I do not recommend such company products.
I mean it is great but if u need to move it then thay would be annoying moving each bit
